With their savoury POPtarts!, funky POPtails and rare wines, POP! reinvents the wine bar concept.

Big news: baker and Chef James McGuire is now Creative Director at POP! A master of slowfood flavours, simple and aromatic, Chef McGuire heads the savoury team while Michelle Marek, Pastry Chef of POP! and Laloux, invents the POPtails and wine bar deserts.

POP! is a deliciously urbane lounge, which shares the same address as LALOUX but not the same décor. With a sixties vibe, POP! is happening every night of the week – for the pleasure of your senses and great conversation.

From 5:30 p.m. on, POPtails! set an exotic mood. Rosemary ice cubes melt in an Avenue des Pins. Basil is swimming in a Brazilian Bubble Tea, and in a High Wind in Jamaica, ginger beer and dark rum are kicking it together! For snacking: crusty bread, arancini, marinated olives and POP! charcuterie.

Appetizers are light and refreshing. As sublime and innovative as scallop carpaccio perfumed with lemon balm and served with fabulous creamy mustard sorbet… and POPtarts! – the best savoury tarts in Montreal – are the big attraction in the wine bar. Slender and crisp, they benefit from the infallible touch of James McGuire. A daily special is also always available. A selection of splendid Quebec cheeses is served with jellies and jams, toasted nuts or other seasonal garnishes. And to finish off – the exquisite chocolate pot de crème, caramel and Maldon salt. To die for!

Finally, always and everywhere, rare wines from the POP! cellars, which boasts the most imposing selection of wines by the glass in Montreal.
