Our menu showcases the talents of Michelle Marek, Pastry
Chef of POP! and of Laloux, and of our reputed colleagues
such as James McGuire, as well as the well known suppliers
who deliver superior quality products to our kitchen door,
including, amongst others: poultry from La Ferme de
la petite campagne, beef from La ferme Eumatimi,
seafood from Crabe Gaspésie and fruits and
fine vegetables from Monsieur Bertrand.
